Privacy and external services
How RedToGreen handles your enquiries, controls access to your contact details and lets you choose external services.

Your contact
For enquiries sent to RedToGreen.be, Hatem Bejar manages the processing of your contact details and is your contact for exercising your rights: info@redtogreen.be. Services are invoiced through the Smart shared enterprise by Productions Associées ASBL, rue Coenraets 72, 1060 Brussels, Belgian enterprise/VAT number BE 0896.755.397. Information needed for an assignment and its invoicing may be shared with this entity.
Contact and quotation requests
We use your contact details and property information to answer your enquiry and prepare the service you request. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to process the request; other fields are optional. Please avoid providing personal information about occupants.
When an individual requests a quotation or appointment for themselves, processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by that person under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For the professional contact details of someone representing a property manager or co-owners’ association, it is based on our legitimate interest in handling that business enquiry under Article 6(1)(f). Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Only your email address is required to receive the co-ownership offer information. Hatem uses it to send the requested information in a single email from info@redtogreen.be, with no newsletter subscription.
Access and hosting
Forms are sent to the site’s service and stored in its database. Access to the management inbox is restricted to the site owner. Submission does not trigger an automatic email. Technical providers support the hosting and operation of the service.
This website uses OpenAI Sites and a Cloudflare D1 database. RedToGreen’s email service is hosted by Hostinger. RedToGreen does not add advertising or audience-measurement tools. The Sites platform nevertheless counts visits and page views automatically. This technical processing is separate from the optional calendar described below.
Retention
Each enquiry in the website inbox expires 183 days after receipt. Expired enquiries are deleted when a new enquiry is received or the inbox is opened. Later exchanges do not automatically extend this period.
If you commission a service, the necessary information becomes part of the client file. Relevant records may be kept longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, solely for that purpose. Retention periods for PEB files and accounting records will be set out in the information provided with the service.
Optional calendar and 3D characters
Google Calendar remains disabled until you choose. Enabling it connects your browser to Google, which may use cookies. You can disable it in “My privacy choices”; the site closes the calendar and blocks future loads. You can also book or ask a question by phone or form.
The 3D characters are silent. Their interactions show text and forms, with no audio playback or microphone access. ElevenLabs conversational assistants are not active.
Processing outside the European Economic Area
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting services, and Google Calendar when enabled, may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Exclusively European data storage is not guaranteed for this website. The provider policies linked below describe their processing and transfer mechanisms. For questions about data entrusted to RedToGreen, contact info@redtogreen.be.
Your rights
Depending on the processing involved, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Send your request to info@redtogreen.be. We normally respond within one month. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, or through its official website.
Protection against abusive submissions
Technical counters limit abusive submissions. They use a pseudonymous connection-address fingerprint valid for two hours and an email fingerprint valid for 24 hours. The original values are not stored in these counters. Expired counters are purged when an enquiry is received or the inbox is opened.
Cookies and local storage
RedToGreen adds no advertising tracker or analytics module. The hosting platform processes technical data and visit statistics under its policy. Google Calendar loads only after your choice.
Service preferences — Your browser’s local storage. Remember your calendar choice. 183 days maximum.
Withdrawal stops the service on this page. Some cookies previously set by an external provider cannot be deleted by this site; you can remove them in your browser settings.
